Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders are shipped via USPS. Handling time is up to one week before the order ships. All orders over $50 ship free. Available services include Ground Advantage (5–7 business days), Priority Mail (2–3 business days), and Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days).

Packaging

All lyophilized analytical standards are shipped in temperature-protective packaging with desiccant. Keep product refrigerated. Do not shake. Do not allow product to exceed 86°F.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been purchased.
